Assault on Arkham 2010, the Results

Firstly, thanks to everybody who turned up, it was a great day with very little for the refs to do. (Why are there so little rules questions in 40K compared to Fantasy?) We are planning to run this event annually with more tables and hopefully add in a 2 day event when we spot a gap in the calender, so hopefully we'll see you all again and you'll bring some mates. Unfortunately realiy hit a few, and apparently one more than the rest, PQ, but we still had 14 turn up so we got a ranking event.

After rechecking the results I found I had made 2 errors on my books, both when entering the 3rd round scores, these didn’t effect the draws or the overall results but will be sent in to RHQ as they appear below.

Good job all round guys! Sounds like arkham has a quality competition on it's books now!

Next time this comes round I will hopefully have learned the rules and have an army ready

Major kudos to Karl & Ivor for making the event run as smooth as a baby's bottom - thanks guys!

From all said and heard the tournament was fantastic, well organised, great fun and memorable for all the right reasons.

Whenever the next tournament comes around will hopefully be one of the first to get a ticket, that is if the weather behaves!

Apparently, according to some and I agree with them, the more volcanic ash in the atmosphere the worst weather conditions get messed around! We all know what happened this summer and look at the weather we're getting now.

Ah well all I can say is, no volcanoes or poor weather but a fantastic gaming tournament is now on my Santa wish list.
