Hi

James here, I've been a gamer on and off for 20+ years. First D&D (in the mists of time) then a raft of various Games Workshop since 40k Rogue Trader. I took a long sabattical then got back into it about 3 years ago. I've since discovered that my generalship an painting remain poor; so I've kept the armies small, simple and (since I'm a luddite) in line with decades-old fluff.

Was pointed in your direction by one of the lads from our small unofficial gaming group in Carrick and thought it would be polite
to register before we landed down in a lump. Looking forward to seeing what Arkham has to offer.

Welcome aboard James.

Glad to see another Carrick man getting involved (or do you just play in Carrick? Embarassed). And a roleplayer on top of it.

Excellent!

Bring the group to Arkham for a test run. There's plenty of space.

There's plenty here to keep you busy reading for a while at any rate. Hopefully we'll see you down at Arkham some time soon.

Thanks,

Sorry, Lupercal, I'm based in Belfast, but the majority of the gaming group I play with are from Carrick (or live in the immediate surrounds) and that's where we tend to meet. I'll be encouraging others at the group to look into Arkham when we meet up next so you can probably expect a couple more registrations.

First visit will probably just be for a look-see, we'll probably not need to take up any valuable table-space, but I'll let you know.

Thanks again.

Hi James,

Welcome aboard.

Having a look down a number of new forum members and finding a healthy number of 40Kers.

After the Apoc game in July methinks a 40K tournament will be on the cards!!

i can fully corroborate this statement. not that it needs corroboration at this stage. You've all seen the pictures of Rex, JB's scratch-built titan.
If Rex could speak he'd speak for himself.
